Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Time
Shipping time varies depending on the destination and the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We can assist you with any documentation needed for the claim process.
International Shipping (Optional Section)
International orders may be subject to customs processing times, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or refusal, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
